Foundry's industrial-chic design is a story of its inspiring roots.Â The casual styling is both original and at the same time familiar.Â This merger is in part due to the natural character of solid wood mixed with styling cues from elements and materials found in the workshops and machine rooms common in furniture and cabinet manufacturing.Â Foundry is constructed of solid Norwegian Spruce which has been wire brushed to give the wood an aged, "lived-in" texture. A multi-step finishing process adds depth and character with hand-rubbed burnished edges.Â That process accentuates the grain flow of the more dense grain patterns, creating a rich look only possible with solid wood.Â In addition to modern features like our adjustable soft-close drawer glides, Kincaid utilizes the best of the old-world solid wood furniture construction techniques.Â Such features include English Dovetails, mortise and tenon construction, floating tops and panels, full dust proofing, and multi-step hand-rubbed finishes.

All products manufactured by All Kincaid, Inc. are backed by a warranty lasting one year from the date of purchase. All Kincaid, Inc. assures its customers that its products are free from material and workmanship defects within this timeframe, extending this assurance solely to the original purchaser. Under no circumstances is this warranty transferable. Retailers are exclusively responsible for initiating any claims with Kincaid, Inc. We do not process claims directly from consumers. Retailers are advised to maintain invoices for at least one year for warranty-related purposes.

General Limitations:

Any modification or alteration to the product post-shipment from All Kincaid, Inc. voids this warranty.
Application of aftermarket protective treatments after opening the original factory packing voids this warranty.
Damage incurred during freight or handling is not covered under this warranty.
This warranty is applicable to normal residential usage conditions only. It does not cover defects or damages resulting from negligence, misuse, or abuse, including inadequate maintenance, exposure to water, chemicals, accidents, or any non-residential usage. Ordinary wear-and-tear is also not covered.
All Kincaid, Inc. reserves the right to determine the extent of responsibility for factory, transportation, dealers, and consumers.
Inspection by a factory representative is necessary for defective products before authorization for replacement or allowance. All service, replacements, etc., must be approved by our Customer Service Department.
All Kincaid, Inc. is not liable for the cost of return or any incidental costs incurred by the consumer in returning the merchandise to the dealer.

Warranty Void for the Following Conditions:

Any unauthorized product modification by dealers, consumers, or other parties not authorized by All Kincaid, Inc. will void this warranty.
Floor samples or products designated "AS IS" at the time of purchase are not covered by this warranty.
This warranty is applicable to furniture intended for residential use only; it does not extend to industrial, commercial, institutional, or rental usage.
Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse is not covered.
Normal wear and tear is not covered.
Damages incurred during transportation, assembly, or maintenance are not covered.
Furniture subjected to abuse, extreme temperatures or humidity, or direct sunlight is not covered by this warranty.
