Jackson, Inc. Warranty Policy
Duration and Coverage
Jackson, Inc. provides a one-year warranty on all products starting from the purchase date. This warranty ensures that the products are free from material and workmanship defects for one (1) year from the original purchase date by the initial buyer. This warranty is extended ONLY to the retailer and is NON-TRANSFERABLE.
General Limitations
- The warranty is void if the product is modified or altered post-shipment from Jackson, Inc.
- The warranty is void if aftermarket treatments are applied after the original factory packaging is opened.
- Damage incurred during freight or handling is not covered.
- The warranty applies only to normal residential use. It does not cover damage from negligence, abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, exposure to water, salt air, chemicals, accidents, or any non-residential use such as rental or commercial purposes. Normal wear and tear is also excluded.
- Jackson, Inc. reserves the right to determine the responsibilities of the factory, transportation, dealers, and consumers.
- Defective products must be inspected by a Jackson, Inc. representative before any replacement or allowance is authorized. All services, replacements, etc., require approval from our Customer Service Department.
- Jackson, Inc. is not responsible for the cost of returning products or any incidental costs incurred by the consumer in returning merchandise to the dealer.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty is void under the following conditions:
- Any unauthorized modifications by the dealer, consumer, or other parties.
- Floor samples or products marked “AS IS” at the time of purchase.
- Use of furniture for industrial, commercial, institutional, or rental purposes.
- Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage during transportation, assembly, or maintenance.
Abuse, exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
