Warranty for All Riverside Furniture, Inc. Products:

All products manufactured by Riverside Furniture, Inc. are covered by a warranty for a duration of one year from the date of purchase. Riverside Furniture, Inc. guarantees that all its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase date. This warranty is exclusively extended to the retailer and cannot be transferred under any circumstances. Retailers are responsible for initiating any claims by contacting Riverside Furniture, Inc. directly. We do not handle claims directly from consumers; therefore, all requests must be channeled through the retailer who sold the merchandise. We recommend that retailers retain invoices for a minimum of one year for warranty purposes.

General Limitations:

1. This warranty becomes void if the product undergoes any modifications or alterations after leaving Riverside Furniture, Inc.
2. Aftermarket protective treatments applied to the product after the original factory packing has been opened will void this warranty.
3. Damages incurred during freight or handling are not considered defects covered under this warranty.
4. This warranty applies to normal residential usage conditions only. It does not cover defects or damages resulting from negligence, abuse, misuse, inadequate or improper maintenance, exposure to water, salt air, chemicals, accidents, or any use for which the product was not designed. Additionally, it does not cover commercial use (including rental, business, commercial, institutional, or any non-residential use), nor does it cover ordinary wear-and-tear.
5. Riverside Furniture, Inc. reserves the right to determine the allocation of responsibility among the factory, transportation, dealers, and consumers.
6. Prior to authorizing replacement or allowance, defective products must be inspected by a factory representative. All service, replacements, etc. must receive approval from our Customer Service Department.
7. Riverside Furniture, Inc. shall not be responsible for the cost of return or any other incidental costs incurred by the consumer in returning the merchandise to the dealer.

Warranty Void Conditions:

1. Any product modifications by the dealer, consumer, or unauthorized parties will void this warranty.
2. Floor samples sold or products designated "AS IS" at the time of purchase are not covered by the warranty.
3. This warranty exclusively covers furniture intended for residential use and does not extend to industrial, commercial, institutional, or rental use.
4. Dissatisfaction due to buyer's remorse is not covered.
5. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
6. Damages incurred during transportation, assembly, or maintenance are not covered.
7. Furniture that has been abused, exposed to extreme temperatures or humidity, or direct sunlight is not covered by this warranty.
